{"id":12715,"date":"2025-06-04T00:45:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T06:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sanluisinforma.com\/?p=12715"},"modified":"2025-06-03T22:29:55","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T04:29:55","slug":"reconoce-canirac-apertura-de-enrique-galindo-para-tener-un-reglamento-que-impulse-el-comercio-regularizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sanluisinforma.com\/?p=12715","title":{"rendered":"Reconoce CANIRAC apertura de Enrique Galindo para tener un reglamento que impulse el comercio regularizado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lo que m\u00e1s se valora es la apertura a escuchar las propuestas de los diferentes sectores de negocios y comercios para enriquecer este nuevo reglamento, reconoci\u00f3 Alejandro Espinosa Abaroa, Presidente de la CANIRAC en SLP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC) en San Luis Potos\u00ed, Alejandro Espinosa Abaroa, reconoci\u00f3 la apertura y disposici\u00f3n del Alcalde Enrique Galindo Ceballos y del Cabildo capitalino para construir de manera conjunta con la ciudadan\u00eda la reforma Reglamento de Comercio Municipal, en el que fueron escuchadas las propuestas de diferentes sectores entre ellos el restaurantero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espinosa Abaroa destac\u00f3 que este marco normativo representa un paso importante hacia una mejora regulatoria que permitir\u00e1 agilizar la apertura de nuevos restaurantes y negocios, bajo criterios de orden, legalidad y seguridad: \u201cLo que m\u00e1s valoramos es la convocatoria del Alcalde Enrique Galindo y del Cabildo para incluirnos en este proceso, es la primera vez en mucho tiempo que se nos escucha de esta manera. Esta reforma al reglamento es un gran comienzo, porque nace del di\u00e1logo con los sectores productivos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder de los restauranteros se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el gremio insiste en la necesidad de contar con reglas claras que favorezcan la inversi\u00f3n, la competitividad y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que queremos como industria es que abrir un restaurante en San Luis Potos\u00ed sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, no m\u00e1s complicado. Y al mismo tiempo, que todos los negocios operen en orden, con uso de suelo autorizado, dict\u00e1menes de protecci\u00f3n civil y cumplimiento de la ley, esto nos beneficia a todos: al sector y al Ayuntamiento.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que algunas de las disposiciones de esta reforma al reglamento son perfectibles, pero subray\u00f3 que el di\u00e1logo abierto con la autoridad permite mejorar el documento de forma continua: \u201cSabemos que a\u00fan hay \u00e1reas por afinar, pero lo importante es que se abri\u00f3 la puerta al di\u00e1logo y que el Gobierno Municipal mostr\u00f3 voluntad para hacer bien las cosas.
